What is the duration of your lettings agreement?

We will rent your property for periods that range from 12 months up to 5 years. Depending on your plans, and the security you require, we will provide you with full flexibility.

Will I need to wait to receive my rental payment until the property is rented?

Accepted Answer

No. You will receive your rental payments regardless of whether a property is vacant or not. With us, there are no rental arrears or voids, therefore you do not need to worry about waiting for the property to be tenanted.

What type of contracts will you have in place?

All of our agreements are Company Let contracts. This means that we do not issue or draft any ASTs, giving you more security and flexibility if you want to terminate your agreement before the end of your original agreement.

Is maintenance included in your service?

We include maintenance, free of charge in all rental agreements. This comprises of small issues that relate to your property, such as minor cosmetic damages, inspections, repairs. We do not cover structural issues.
