All of our agreements are Company Let contracts. This means that we do not issue or draft any ASTs, giving you more security and flexibility if you want to terminate your agreement before the end of your original agreement.

We include maintenance, free of charge in all rental agreements. This comprises of small issues that relate to your property, such as minor cosmetic damages, inspections, repairs. We do not cover structural issues.
